Veröffentlichung Evaluation of the KlimAdapt project(German Environment Agency, 2025) Adam, Sophie; Weiss, SebastianAfter five years of operation, a comprehensive evaluation of the KlimAdapt project, consisting of the German Climate Preparedness Portal (KLiVO-Portal) and its accompanying network, was carried out in 2024. The aim was to examine the impact and use of the portal, particularly from a user perspective. The evaluation is divided into five main questions, which were answered through a secondary analysis of existing data and the evaluation of an online survey, a series of interviews and a market analysis. The factsheet presents the evaluation procedure as well as the key findings and recommendations for further development.Veröffentlichung Tipping points and cascading tipping dynamics in the climate system(German Environment Agency, 2024)This factsheet summarizes the results and content of the background paper on the project "Tipping points and cascading tipping dynamics in the climate system - findings, risks and relevance for climate and security policy". It thus offers a compact overview of all relevant aspects of tipping elements, tipping points and possible cascading effects that need to be taken into account when discussing and designing national, European and international climate policy.
