Der GreenTech-Atlas 2025 zeigt, dass sich die deutsche GreenTech-Branche längst eine Schlüsselbranche in Deutschland ist. Die Branche schafft stabile Beschäftigung und leistet einen beachtlichen Wertschöpfungsbeitrag. Mit Blick auf den Außenhandel zeigt sich eine starke Position der deutschen GreenTech-Branche. Im globalen Innovationswettbewerb erweist sich die Branche als konkurrenzfähig. Bis 2045 wird sie sowohl national als global weiterwachsen. Drei zentrale Handlungsfelder sind die konsequente Beibehaltung von Klima- und Kreislaufwirtschaftszielen, das Ausweiten von Marktchancen in noch weniger erschlossenen internationalen Märkten und die Stärkung von Forschung und Entwicklung.

The GreenTech Atlas 2025 demonstrates that the German GreenTech industry has since long established itself as a key industry withing the national economy. The industry provides stable employment and contributes significantly to value creation. In regards to foreign trade, the German GreenTech industry holds a strong position. In terms of global innovation, Germany’s GreenTech sector has proven highly competitive. Until 2045, the GreenTech industry will continue to grow both nationally and on a global level. Three strategic areas of action are the continued commitment to climate and circular economy goals, the seizing of opportunities in emerging markets and the strengthening of research and development.
