In Ukraine 344 officially known TMFs are potentially dangerous. To address this problem on a practical level, the project raised knowledge on TMF safety among Ukrainian students of environmental and mining sciences and developed an educational course for the inclusion in the curricula of participating universities and to the state educational programme. In addition, the project suggested a roadmap on the improvement of TMF safety management in Ukraine to fulfil the obligations under Directive 2006/21/EC.1 Onlineressource (62 Seiten)online resourceenghttp://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/BergematerialUkraineAdvisory Assistance ProgrammeTailings management facilitiesTMFstailingsRaising Knowledge among Students and Teachers on Tailings Safety and its Legislative Review in UkraineMonographieSustainability | Strategies | International matters
